PURPOSE:To ensure the processing with the electric performance taken mainly into consideration as well as facilitate the control by inserting the waffle iron filter into the sheath structure. CONSTITUTION:Guide box 11 of the sheath structure is connected to electromagnetic horn 1 via soldering, and the waffle iron filter formed into the block shape is inserted into box 11 to be pressed by connecting waveguide 9 via screws. The thermal strain caused by the soldering given between horn 1 and box 11 can be controlled in a high accuracy by giving the discharge process or the like after soldering. For this branching filter device, the electric performance can be mainly taken into consideration in processing since the mechanical strength of the flange attachment or the like is not required. |
