PURPOSE:To increase the transmission efficiency by securing such constitution for the transmitting device in that the plural units of data can be inserted into the words composing the transmission signals. CONSTITUTION:Converter 8 delivers clock signal CLK2 featuring the frequency of double as mush as clock signals CLK as well as signal CLK to lines 8a and 8b. While converter 8 is sending synchronous word SY, two pulses emerge to signal CLK2 to give one cycle advance to counter 9. As a result, scanner 6 turns signals SC1 and SC2 to the high levels in sequence and then transmits data D1 and D2 in sequence to bus 2 from input units 7-1 and 7-2. When bus 2 sends out data D1 and D2 to converter 8, converter 8 sends them in the serial bit to timing line 3a of word W1 following synchronous word SY. In other words, data D1 and D2 have been inserted to word W1 to be then transmitted to transmission line 1a via modulator 4. |
