<p>A method of making reeled articles of the insulated wire consists in reeling on the wire (2) from a releasing element (1) onto a carcass of a reeled article to be made, for example, a resistor (10) while continuously measuring the resistance of the resistor (10), which is being made, and stopping the process of reeling off the wire (2) at the moment of reaching the equality between the measured (Rx) and a sample (Ro) resistors. Before the reeling off is started the wire (2) is heated on the releasing element (1) in a heating device (3) up to a certain temperature which is then maintained during the whole process of reeling off, while the direct current is used as a measuring current. </p> |
