摘要 PURPOSE:To activate the flow of a fluid substance and to facilitate movement of a stitch, by a method wherein a title device is provided with a slope blow nozzle to inject air along an slope bottom, a lateral discharge nozzle to inject air laterally from a side wall, and an inclination wall situated between the slope bottom and a vertical wall, and an air discharge nozzle on the furnace wall side is made different from that on the discharge groove side. CONSTITUTION:If the size of an air discharge nozzle 2 on the discharge groove side is in creased to a value higher than that of a nozzle on the furnace wall side, or the nozzle size is the same as each other, the nozzles are spaced closely to each other and a rising flow on the discharge groove side is increased. This method causes a paper making foreign matter fed in a furnace to produce a circulating flow 6 optimum to both a fluid medium 5 and combustion is formed, the paper making foreign matter is ignited for combustion. Through the action of an inclination wall 10 situated between a slope bottom 1 and a vertical wall 21, a smooth circulating flow is produced, and by means of air injected through a slope blow nozzle 11, fluidization in the vicinity of the inclination wall 10 is activated. A stitch residing in the vicinity of the inclination wall 10 is moved toward the lowermost part of the slope bottom 1. Since air injected through a lateral discharge nozzle 12 is raised in a discharge groove 9 and the flow of a fluid medium 5 is activated, the stitch is easily extracted through the discharge groove 9.
