Extruder calendar for rubber - in which thermally sensitive mixes pass directly to alternative rollers moved near to cooling system

An extruder calendar for plastic materials, and particularly rubber, has a nozzle which can be withdrawn from the rollers whose gap is adjustable. The calendar has a third horizontally adjustable roller behind the top roller, the top roller is adjustably driven, and the bottom roller is vertically adjustable enough to permit a tray to be inserted between the top and bottom rollers. Permits use of thermally sensitive rubber mixes, minimises space required, can take small batches.
