PURPOSE:To raise charged gas pressure by mounting an elastic bag charged with low-pressure gas beforehand inside the main body of shock absorber and transforming the outer shell so as to reduce its inner capacity by means of roll caulking from outside. CONSTITUTION:Piston 3 is provided in cylinder 3, while outer shell 1 being provided outside cylinder 2. Lower oil chamber 5B and circular oil chamber 6 is connected through orifice 7. In circular oil chamber 6 elastic bag 10 charged beforehand with low-pressure gas is provided. After the arrangement of elastic bag 10, the outer shell is transformed by roll caulking from outside. This also transforms elastic bag 10 and raises the pressure inside the bag. Inside elastic bag 10 is provided guide tube 12 which has groove 12a formed in the axial direction, and working oil flows through groove 12a. |
