PURPOSE:To prevent the chattering of unnecessary hand-off without decreasing the utilizing efficiency of frequency by allowing each base station to lower a threshold level by a prescribed time for line connection and restoring the threshold level. CONSTITUTION:A switch 60 switches a threshold value to a low value based on a switching signal from a processor 50. When a prescribed time elapses, a switching signal is outputted again from a timer 70 and the threshold value is revised again into a high value. After the connection of line with a mobile terminal equipment, the threshold level is decreased by a prescribed time decided by the timer 70 and the threshold is restored by the control so that the hand-off hardly takes place. Since the mobile terminal equipment, that is, the automobile is moved and approaches a new base station, chattering hardly, takes place and the reception signal level over or below the threshold level for many times is avoided and chattering is prevented. |
