PURPOSE:To increase the usage efficiency of memory, by avoiding the refresh for the row stored in the row address memory section, when refresh to the dynamic memory unit is made. CONSTITUTION:The system provides the dynamic memory unit 6 requiring the refresh control, circuit 4 controlling the access to the unit 6, access address memory circuit 3 enable to set and reset for the storage of the execution to the access to the unit 6 and the circuit 2 controlling the refresh to the unit 6. Further, the circuit 3 is provided with the row address memory section to perform the storage for the address to the unit 6 with the row, and when the refresh to the unit 6 is made, as to the row stored in the row address memory section, refresh can be avoided. |
