PURPOSE:To enable uniform filling of mixed agent by inserting the mixed-agent premolded into a mixed-agent inserting cylinder and inseting said inserting cylinder into a zinc can through a separator and pulling-out the inserting cylinder and then inserting carbon rod under pressure and allowing said carbon rod to swell outside. CONSTITUTION:The anode mixed-agent 1 which was premolded in cylinder form by the use of mixed-agent pressing cylinder is transferred into a mixed-agent inserting cylinder 5, and then the inseting cylinder is stored into a zinc can 8 through a separator 6. A mixd-agent extruding rod 4 is pressed downward, and the mixed- agent 1 is stored in the zinc can 8, and the mixed-agent inserting cylinder 5 is pulled-out, and thus a gap is formed between the separator 6. The upper end of the mixed-agent 1 is pressed, and a carbon rod is inserted under pressure into the center, and then the mixed-agent 1 is swelled outside and closely contacted with the separator 6 and remolded in the zinc can 8. Thus, uniform filling of the mixed- agent is enabled, and working performance is improved, and the troubles such as internal short circuit can be reduced. |
