PURPOSE:To make it easy to work diversified relief type patterns on the section by a heat cutting employing a spiral filament. CONSTITUTION:When one foaming body A is divided into two, a heat cutter 1 comprising a spiral filament is fixed at both ends with a retaining members and positioned in the course of running the foaming body with a proper tension. The foaming body A is let to run and cut into proper number of pieces a and a with a heat cutter 1. As the body passes through the heat cutter, rough lines b and c are formed along the running direction of the body A corresponding to the spiral shape. Thus the section presents shape of a wave. With use of the heat cutter 1 with various kind of spiral pitch and the spiral diameter, the shape of waves to appear on the section can be changed. |
