PURPOSE:To reduce the internal resistance of a cell by coating positive electrode mixed-agent on one side of a separator and of conductive thin membrane and closely contacting each other the surfaces of mixed-agent oppositely and intensifying the close contact of the positive electrode mixed-agent with the separator and the conductive thin membrane. CONSTITUTION:On one side of the separator 1 consisting of synthetic paper or craft paper, the paste material 2' is coated which consists of starch, wheat flour, and polyvinyl alcohol, and on the other side, positive electrode mixed-agent 3 in the mixture of manganese oxide, acetylene black, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyvinyl chloride is coated in thin layer. On one side of the conductive thin membrane 4 consisiting of carbon membrane, the positive electrode mixed-agent 3 same to the above is coated in thin layer. The positive electrode mixed-agents 3 coated on the separator 1 and the conductive thin membrane 4 are closely contacted oppositely, and a negative electrode body 5 consisting of zinc sheet is closely contacted with the outer surface of the separator 1. |
