<p>PURPOSE:To reduce variation in frequency to variation a power voltage by constituting an oscillation circuit by connecting a Schmitt circuit whose hysteresis voltage varies with the variation in power voltage. CONSTITUTION:Three stages of inverters I4-I6 are connected and to the inverter circuit, resistance R and capacitor C are connected to constitute a CR oscillation circuit. Inverter I4 is equipped with a Schmitt circuit. As a result, the threshold level of the Schmitt circuit varies with variation in power voltage, so that variation in oscillation period can be suppressed.</p> |
