发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DRY CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To permit high speed fabrication by inserting an insulating cylinder and a terminal plate at the base part, into a metal outer cylinder having bent part at the lower end and inserting a zinc can having power generating elements stored in the metal outer cylinder and sealing the zinc can and arranging anode terminal and bending the upper end of the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In the first process, anode mixed-agent 2 is stored in a zinc can 1 through a separator 2, and then a carbon rod 5 and a collar paper 6 are inserted under pressure, and thus the zinc can having power generating elements stored is fabricated. In the second process, an insulating cylinder 10 and a cathode terminal plate 11 are stored in the metal outer cylinder 9 having bent part 8 at the lower end, and thus outer installation elements are fabricated. In the third process, the zinc can 1 having power generating elements which was prepared in the first process is stored in the outer installation part which was formed in the second process, and after a sealing agent 12 and an anode terminal plate 13 are arranged, the upper ends of the outer installation cylinder 9 and the insulating cylinder 10 are bent 14, and thus a battery is fabricated. Thus, the fabrication of dry cell can be automated, and high speed fabrication is enabled.
