PURPOSE:To enable to perform temperature correction, by connecting one to a plurality of silicon diodes in series with the regulated power supply circuit so that the temperature change is silicon diodes can be as the same ratio of the change in the photo detector output. CONSTITUTION:Required number of correction diode 8 are connected in series with the constant voltage diode 7 being the regulated power supply circuit. This diode 8 changes the regulated power supply voltage VS through the resistance change due to ambient temperature and the change causes the correction factor. That is, since the photo detector output V of the photo transistor 6 being the photo detector is proportional to the photo detector current, it causes inverse characteristics to the specific gravity (refractive index), but the internal resistance is changed for the diode 8 with the same ambient temperature. Thus, the regulated power supply voltage VS changes with the same rate, it appears at the photo detector output V, the both changes are cancelled each other, and temperature correction is made. |
