PURPOSE:To form the captioned casting machine of superior performances by combining a table which fixes the mold, an exciter which gives horizontal circular vibrations to the table and a feed roller group. CONSTITUTION:A table 2 which supports a mold 1 and a product guide skirt 7 are supported by flexible and elastic stanchions 4, 9 and the table 2 is connected to an exciter 5 by way of a flexible shaft 6. On the other hand, 10, 10' of the guide roller group 10 disposed to the curved transfer part are supported by flexible support columns 15, 16 by way of bearing holding members 11, 12 and the remaining rollers are mounted to the bearing stand 18 of a vertical vibration exciter 20 to form the captioned casting machine. By using the above-mentioned apparatus, the molten metal having been stored in a molten metal storage tank S up to a fixed level is poured into the mold 1. While horizontal circular vibrations are being given to the table 2 by the exciter 5 and vertical vibrations to the roller group 10 by the exciter 20, the cast product is formed continuously by being guided by the roller group 10. |
