The turning-over device is intended for workpieces moving between two presses on an automatic deep-drawing line. It has a frame with a clamp for the workpiece and several side arms. The frame has vertical and horizontal guide-ways for the turning-over device and a drive for relative displacement of the clamp support and the frame. Each side arm is guided in two mutually orthogonal slide-ways, forming the shanks of a T-shaped guideway. At least one crank-arm rotates about an axis, forming a common perpendicular to both slide-ways. The crank-arm is hinged to one side arm, equidistantly from gride points of the side arm in both slide-ways. The crank-arm length is one half of the side arm between its guide points.
