PURPOSE:To automatic coil winding and outgoing line winding by a method wherein a coil outgoing line is drawn out and held so that is comes in contact with a necessary terminal at the time of winding, and the outgoing line is wound automatically on the terminal after winding is over. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 4 is mounted on a winding shaft 25, a wire 7 drawn out through a nozzle 79 is held by a holder 63. As it is drawn through the nozzle 79, the nozzle is allowed to pass through a holder 35 and a groove of the bobbin 4, and while it is led to a coil forming part 5 of the bobbin 4, the wire 7 is held with the holder 35. The winding shaft 25 is turned, a coil is formed, and then the nozzle 79 is moved and the wire 7 is held 63, cut and hold by the holder 35, and further the next coil is formed. At the next station, a winder 106 is interlocked with a terminal 3 and encloses an outgoing line 6 hold on the holder 35 and then rotated to wind the outgoing line 6 automatically on the terminal 3. Thus the process can be fully automated. |
