<p>The solar heating system for e.g. a house may be incorporated in a heating, cooling, heat storage, insulating and weather protection arrangement. It uses wall mounted solar heat collector panels combined with a protective curtain which can be raised and lowered between inner and outer transparent sheets at window openings etc. The curtain is made of reflective material with air holes through it and is raised for warm weather and lowered for cold weather, folding flat at the bottom of the opening. The transparent sheets also have air holes, arranged to exclude rain water. The heat exchange fluid used in the solar heating circuit can be conveyed through tubes with connections to a storage coil housed underground, e.g. with loops in vertical holes in the ground.</p> |
