<p>The multi-row digger loader is used for sugar beet. It has adjacent units, a rear sieving wheel which circulates in a rearwards rising plane and a connected inclined conveyor. The inclined conveyor (4) conveys vertically and delivers the sieved beets to an overload conveyor (5) which is transverse to the direction of travel at the overload height. It is formed by two, spaced conveyor belts (12, 13) which clamp the beets to be conveyed between them. They are driven over rollers rotating in the opposite direction and include a vertical beet conveyor shaft (11) which can be varied in cross-section according to the beet. The conveyor belt (12) which is at the back in the machine longitudinal direction is bent forwards in the bottom end region and grips under a sieving wheel (2, 3) connected three digging units (1).</p> |
