摘要 <p>A cuvette for microscopic observation and/or opto electric measurement of particles suspended in a fluid has an upper plane boundary surface and a lower curved surface over 1 which the fluid is passed. It is pref. for flow analysis of suspended cell populations, microorganisms and particles. It also enables microscopic and microcope-photometric testing with stationary particles distributions. Impurities and blockages are removed without dismantling it or interrupting measurement. Simultaneous measurements are possible in different flow zones. The lower curved surface (19), which is height adjustable, is part of a cylinder whose longitudinal axis is perpendicular to a line joining the fluid inlet and outlet. One or more guide channels (42) are let into the curvature dome (19) parallel to the connecting line and coaxial with an inlet capillary (44).</p>
