Flow heater for coffee making machine - has U=shaped water pipe in two C=shaped sections in two plates sandwiching heating elements

The flow heater esp. for water heating has heating elements (1) made of negative temp. coefficient material and clamped between two plates (4, 5). A U-shaped water pipe (3) loops around the two heating elements. The U-shaped water pipe consists of two L-shaped sections joined by e.g. a hose (11) or similar. One L-shaped section is embedded in one plate (with its ends projecting) and the other L-shaped section is embedded in the other plate (also with its ends projecting). The opposing faces of the plates are profiled to mate. No sealing is required between the two plates.
