PURPOSE:To eliminate the defect of transfer deviation based on the inertia of the optical system by providing the optical system which scans stationary originals through reciprocative movement and a means of controlling the feed of transfer paper according to the movement of said optical system. CONSTITUTION:When a mirror system 4 moves leftward and radiates the subject C and its reflected images are projected onto a drum 11, then paper P is fed by feed rollers 15-1. Next, an actuator 27 changes over a turning-over switch SW5 to its contact b. At the same instant when the mirror system turns over, a solenoid SL is actuated so that a cutter 16 cuts the transfer paper P to the specified length. If the length from the cutter 16 up to the transfer part 14 is let L and the peripheral length from the exposure position on the drum up to the transfer part AB and if these are made AB=L, the cutter-operating solenoid SL may be operated at the same instant when the switch SW5 for detecting the mirror system turn-over position operates, thus the transfer deviation owing to the inertia of the optical system may be prevented. |
