<p>PURPOSE:To realize mass production at low cost, by masking the video image part of a positive film decolored to be transparent with a coat of water soluble paint by brushing or other means, and applying oil based paint by using a compressor, then washing in water. CONSTITUTION:A positive film of characters, emblems, or the like of a block copy made by a process camera is entirely coated with decoloring agent to make the video image transparent. The video image part is masked with a coat of white and other water soluble paint by brushing, and a quick-dry paint, such as Animex color, is spread on the whole surface by blowing with a compressor. Then, this positive film is washed in water, and the coat part beneath the video image part is peeled from the film surface, and a nontransparent video image of brilliant color is reproduced in the film. In this case, masking by spreading white or other water soluble paint is done only when reproducing a video image of two or more colors.</p> |
