PURPOSE:To secure the perfect protection for the contents of the memory by giving the memory refreshing in case the error is caused. CONSTITUTION:Control signal CNT features logic 1 in the 1st half of the memory cycle and logic 0 in the 2nd half respectively. If the memory error is detected when CNT features logic 1, FF14 and FF15 are set with NAND circuit 10 and 11 delivering logic 1. Thus refresh start production circuit 16 delivers the refresh start signal. Then with supply of both the refresh selection signal and the refresh start signal to control part 2, the contents of refresh address counter 4 is selected as the memory address to perform the refresh action. In the same way, the refresh is given also to error of the 2nd half of the memory cycle. |
