Support aminoacylase complexes in which the aminoacylase (3.5.1.14) is adsorbed on a porous inorganic support having a grain size of 4 .mu.m-5 mm, a specific surface of 5-150 m2/g, a pore diameter of 500-2500 .ANG. and a pore volume of 0.4-2 ml/g, coated, in an amount of less than 10 mg/m2, with a film of cross-linked polymer containing or bearing tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salts groups. Application of the complexes in the separation of racemic acetylamino-acids.
