<p>The present invention provides a method of packing units of goods in so called wrap-around-packages under continuous movement, whereby the package is successively wrapped around the unit of goods and is sealed, characterized in that the goods to be packed is continuously collected to units of goods, parallely therewith plain package blanks are preformed to package containers, which are completely open at least at one vertical side, the units of goods and the open package containers are moved in a continuous movement side by side with the same speed and with an open package container side facing the unit of goods, during the said feeder movement the unit of goods is sideways pushed into the package container whereupon the open package container side or sides are closed and the package is sealed and moved away from the packaging station.</p> |
