PURPOSE:To remove the gas dissolved in ink without discoloring and deteriorating the ink and to prevent the change of said ink with the elapse of time, by providing vacuum parts each enclosed by a partition wall material insoluble in an ink composition and having gas permeability. CONSTITUTION:Since ink 27 is blocked from the open air by a tank portable member 25 low in gas permeability, the concn. of gas dissolved in the ink from the outside is low. Further, vacuum parts 26 each composed of a gas permeable member are provided in the ink and, since dissolved gas is diffused to the vacuum parts by partial pressure, dissolved nitrogen or oxygen can be always kept low. As the member forming the vacuum parts, a member having high gas permeability is desirable and there is a polyethylene or polypropylene resin. As the shape of the vacuum parts, any shape withstanding vacuum such as a tubular or spherical shape may be used and the number of the vacuum parts can be appropriately selected with due regard to the shape thereof. The vacuum degree of the vacuum parts is desirably made as high as possible, because high effect is shown but may be set to 0.1atm. or less. |
