PURPOSE:To prevent dangerousness such as a fire and leakage of water by exercising automatic control over functions of every guest room, by arranging a switch interlocking with a key box where a person in charge of supervision is stationed and an electronic control switch with an incorporated timer unit in each guest room. CONSTITUTION:When a customer entering a guest room places his or her key in key box 2, control circuit 15 detects that. Relay circuit 16 closes the circuit of power relay 20 to make a power supply in the room ready to be used. Next, solenoid valve 22 is opened to make water service ready. While solenoid valve 21 is controlled, air for air conditioning is sent into the room. Air conditioning control is periodically exercised by a timer incorporated in circuit 15. Further, if the key is placed in a front key box, that is automatically detected to close the subscriber's line of a corresponding guest room in switch circuit 12, thereby disabling a telephone set in it to be used. |
