PURPOSE:To quickly process necessary data by previously writing data such as experience production numbers of plural kinds in a plurality of memory built-in information cards to be transmitted to a reading tabulation processor at a card read portion of a production line. CONSTITUTION:In case of inputting the experience production number of products produced in a certain production line, an information card 4 having a code number of a product, a lot number and a production number previously stored in a memory is inserted in a card read portion 13 of an input terminal device 1 installed in a production line. Then, the input terminal device 1 once displays the read data on a display device 15 and corrects the numerical values by operation of a ten-key 16 as occasion demands. After that, on pressing a transmission key, the data such as the experience production number or the like is transmitted to a tabulation processor 2. Thus, data required for production management such as a product code, an experience production number, a lot number, the number of bad products, the number of workers required for producing the products and over time can be tabulated simply and quickly. |
