<p>PURPOSE:To decompose organic substances within garbage efficiently to convert the said garbage to soil rapidly by establishing an aerobic condition within a reclaimed land through a mechanism wherein a sewage leached from a reclaimed land is collected and subjected to an aeration treatment, thereafter treated sewage is returned to an above described reclaimed land. CONSTITUTION:A covering soil a and a garbage b are mutually thrown and piled within a garbage reclaimed land A surrounded by a water barrier wall 1 and a leached sewage is collected in an aeration apparatus 4 and subjected to an aeration treatment, thereafter the treated sewage with increased dissolved oxygen is scattered over the surface of a reclaimed land A and this process is repeatedly carried out. Thereby, organic substances within garbage b is efficiently subjected to a decomposing treatment and a scale of a total treating installation 11 can be reduced and saved remarkably.</p> |
