A water pot attached to the electrolytic bath having electrolytic container which is devided into 2 compartment of cathodic and anodic room by the porous membrane is described. The electrolytic bath is composed of electrolytic container, water removable unit from cathodic room, removable cover attached on the upper part of the water pot body, nozzle connecting anodic room, and 3way bulb connecting selectively 2ways between nozzle and cover to remove water from the cathodic room.
