The steam circuit, in which a combustible working medium, for example propane, circulates, comprises an expansion turbine (1), which drives a compressor (2) for the delivery of natural gas. The heaters (7, 8) of the steam circuit (1, 3-8) have heat exchanger systems (9, 10), which serve for transmitting the heat of the hot combustion gases in the exhaust duct (11) of the gas turbine system (14, 15, 16a, 16b) to the working medium of the steam circuit (1, 3-8) in the heaters (7, 8). The heat exchanger systems (9, 10) each contain a plurality of pipes, against which the combustion gases flow, arranged in the exhaust duct (11), and a plurality of pipes, against which, in the heaters (7, 8), the working medium of the steam circuit flows, the individual pipes in the exhaust duct (11) being connected to the individual pipes in the heaters (7, 8) in the nature of a series connection. This design of the heat exchanger systems (9, 10) ensures reliable operation of the overall system, since should leaks occur in a heat exchanger system (9, 10) an explosive mixture cannot be produced in the exhaust duct (11). <IMAGE>
