PURPOSE:To obtain flat and easily separable piezoelectric material by heat-treating Zr oxide and lowering its reactivity and further by limiting its grain distribution. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric material containing lead is added with bonding resin, plasticizer and solvent, and the mixture is kneaded. This is spread into a sheet of the desired thickness and it is punched in the specified size. Next, Zr oxide, which has been heat treated at a temperature in the range 1000-1600 deg.C in advnace, and whose grain diameters are distributed in the range of 28-140mum, is attached to the surface of the sheet. A plurality of such sheets are laminated and sintered. In this case, when the treating temperature is lower than 1000 deg.C, the piezoelectric sheet and Zr oxide are melted and stuck together. When the temperature is higher than 1600 deg.C, the grain diameters become large and the separability deteriorates. When the grain diameters are larger than 140mum, it becomes difficult for the sheet and Zr oxide to stick together. When the diameters are less than 28mum, it becomes fifficult to separate after sintering. |
