PURPOSE:To make it possible to cancel an interference wave by rotations slow enough for both 90 deg. and 180 deg. phase-difference boards to follow up, by providing a fixed phase-difference board colser to an antenna side than both phase difference boards. CONSTITUTION:Fixed phase board 24 is arranged behind antenna 1 and has a lagging-phase surface where either one of two polarized waves propagating in a circular waveguide is delayed in phase behind the other by a fixed value. Namely, when the lagging-phase surface is X-axially, elliptically polarized wave (a) when it is fair strikes phase-difference board 3 in variably in the form of elliptically polarized wave (b) by passing through phase board 24. Even if it would rain, elliptically polarized wave (b) never varies in the angle of its long axis and only increases in elliptical polarization rate, and consequently while the 90 deg. phase-difference board need hardly turns suddenly, an interference wave can be canceled through rotations slow enough for both phase difference boards to follow up. |
