Skid-mounted trailer for dispensing weed killer - operates between cultivated rows and has oscillating roller with deflector parting plants

The skid-mounted spraying beam is towed behind a tractor being used to disperse weed killer between rows of cultivated plants. A deflector and an oscillating roller are included. The deflector parts the cultivated plants without damage, and the roller follows ground contours to flatten weeds. The beam includes a shock absorbent tractor coupling being supported on two legs, whilst providing support for the roller and the deflector in addn. to the spray feed and the sprinkler rose. The deflector may be of sheet metal and be mounted on a cranked cantilever arm which can pivot about a vertical axis, the roller mounting permittin oscillation about a sec. vertical axis. The legs may located length adjustable curved rails which in turn locate the edge of a canopy confining the spray.
