The crusher consists of a housing in low density material made into two half cylinders closed at the ends by a blank flange. Each end flange has a connection connecting it to the vacuum extractors. Each of the flanges also houses a ball bearing assembly. The central shaft passes through intermediate bearings and carries the crusher rotors. The rotors are fitted with helical ribs. The motor drives the rotor through the gears.
