PURPOSE:To reduce the crystal impedance CI, to make the size small and to improve the frequency-temperature characteristics, by suitably combining the cut out angle of profile oscillation mode small sized crystal oscillator, size, shape and electrode constitution. CONSTITUTION:The oscillator 26 and the support 25 of the profile oscillation mode small sized crystal oscillator 21 are unifiedly molded with etching. Further, each parameter is taken within PSI=45-65 deg., theta=+ or -(40-50 deg.), and r=0.8-0.96. Further, with limited element method, when each size is changed and observed, in case of the oscillator width W and the bridge width W0, 0.015<=W0/W<=0.200, the distortion of mode of the oscillator and the oscillation moire can be suppressed with the elastic width W of support, attenuation width W2, distance W3 between the elastic and attenuation part, 0.3<=W0/W<=0.150, 0.3<=W1/W2<=1.2, W1<=1.5.W0, 0.2<=W1/W0<=2.0. |
