<p>The pivot support frame for the twin axled trailer is linked to the drawbar (31) by a set of angled levers (41, 42, 43, 44). These alter the pivot axis to track into the curve and prevent the edge of the trailer from swinging out too far into the bend. One of the levers is pivotted on the chassis and one lever linked to the pivot frame. The system provides a simple mounting for the front axle, with a semi floating setting for improved tracking.</p> |
