Vehicle clutch actuator system - has leaf springs working together between withdrawal shaft and housing

The motor vehicle clutch actuation system uses a spring mechanism providing an assisting force. This mechanism consists of a number of leaf springs (7) working together, and extending radially between an inner ring (5) coupled to a withdrawal shaft (2) and an outer ring (6) formed by the housing. In the engaged position the springs can be held preloaded between the rings. The springs can be rectangular in shape, fitting at the ends in grooves (8) in the rings.
