PURPOSE:To establish the logic selection type logic circuit which can select the NAND logic and NOR logic and execute the operation, with the circuit constitution be able for handling as one logic element. CONSTITUTION:The logic selection type logic circuit has the control section 2 which leads either one of the first and second inputs A, B to the logic circuit 3 directly and another with different path with the level of the control signal C for the NOR and NAND logic. When the control signal C is at H level, transistors Q7, Q8, Q9, and Q10 are operationable to function as the NAND logic obtaining the NAND output D taking A and B as input. Conversely, when the control signal C is at L, transistors Q3, Q4, Q7-Q10 are all operative, and it functions as NOR logic in which the output D is at H only when the two inputs A, B are both at L. |
