The electronic internal-illumination-delay circuit in the new "COS-MOS" logic is designed for all motor vehicles with a 6 or 12 volt battery with a negative earth and physical control of the internal-illumination electric lamp. The electronic circuit delays the point, when the inner-lamp of the motor vehicle is extinguished, after the door has been closed. The door switch may be completely disconnected by the electronic circuit. The internal illumination is controlled by a transistor. In addition to delaying the instant when the illumination is extinguished, the electric lamps independently from the delay time, which is adjusted in stages between one second and one minute using a screw-type turn-pin can be manually controlled via a divided branch connection switch.
