The device has a flexible hollow body (1) made of insulating material in whose inside a profiled rod (2) made of plastic moves. The ends of the rod are connected to the force generator and to the release respectively. The hollow body is held by a support near one of the connection points of the rod. The support consists of a clamping piece (5) and an inner tube piece. The rod has a half-round profile of glass-fibre reinforced plastic connected at the ends to heads connected inside the hollow body to the ends of the rod. The heads consists of tubes (9) fitting over the ends of the rod.
