PURPOSE:To enable easy molding and bring respective characteristics of a metal and a synthetic resin into full play by a method wherein the amount of metal powder mixed is differed from place to place. CONSTITUTION:The amount of a metal powder mixed is changed from place to place. For molding a vibrator piece 10 of a buzzer, for example, a molten resin mixed with a powder of magnetic material is injected into a mold cavity 11. While the injected resin is in the molten state, a magnetic circuit is formed by a magnetizing mechanism 12 located at that portion 11b of the cavity 11 where a magnet portion 10b of the piece 10 is formed, to make the portion 10b anisotropic and magnetize it. By this, the magnetic powder mixed in the resin is collected in the portion 11b. Thus, there is obtained a molded article magnetized strongly, wherein a leaf spring portion 10a is mixed with little of the powder, while the magnet portion 10b is mixed with a large amount of the powder. |
