PURPOSE:To equalize the interlayer stress of a multiplex winding coil by supplying a wire coated with differently thick insulating coating to a bobbin to thereby form the multiplex winding coil having different covering thickness. CONSTITUTION:A wire 2 is supplied from a wire drum 17 to a bobbin rotated to csst an insulating coating by a covering mechanism 21. The wire 2e is passed through a rotary plate 23 rotating around a hollow shaft 23a as a center in the mechanism 21. A tape holding plate 35 for supplying a tape 6 together with the rotary plate 23 makes a roller 37 rotatably contact with a guide ring. Thus, the tape 6 is wound on the wire 2. The thickness of the tape 6 is altered by varying the angle alpha, which is controlled by driving a motor 27 to thereby rotate a feed screw 28 to feed the rotary plate 23 toward the direction as designated by an arrow 44. Thus, the wire altering the thickness of the insulating coating periodically is automatically supplied. |
