PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction, by providing the detection circuit detecting the simultaneous operation of a plurality of keys. CONSTITUTION:The key board matrix 1 receives the timing signal from the timing signal generation circuit 12 via the lines l'67-l'70 for the corresponding column line and the timing signal as the key signal is outputted to the row line corresponding to the key operated among the lines l1-l7. The key signal is fed to the output circuit 7 via the key input circuit 3, code signal generation circuit 3, scanning circuit 4, and control signal generating circuit 5. Further, the output circuit 7 is controlled with the detection signal of the double keying detection circuit 13. That is, the circuit 13 detects the number of bits of 0 or 1 in the serial code signal from the scanning circuit 4, and if the bit number is not a given number, the signal inhibiting the signal output from the output circuit 7 is outputted to the line l104. |
