PURPOSE:To perform a long-period, continuous, automatic liquid filtering operation using always renewed filter face even in a high-viscosity, highly concentrated liquid filtration by renewing filter face in three stages of internal face, mesh, and external face respectively. CONSTITUTION:Raw liquid is supplied from the inlet pipe 2, passes through filter chamber A formed on the outer periphery inside the shell body 1, through slits 9, and enters the filter body 10. The filtered liquid is discharged from the outlet pipe 7 and sent to the next process. Clogging formed on the slits 9 is removed by plate scraper 28, disk type scraper piece 18, and plate spring type scraper 37. Scraped impurity or foreign material is rapidly guided slider 38 to the bottom and discharged through drain pipe 6 to the outside.
