摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize high precision sectional shape control, by correcting the roll bender pressure, while taking into consideration the detection deviation time of scanning type sheet gauge detector and stationary type sheet gauge detector and the sheet transfer time. CONSTITUTION:A scanning type sheet gauge detector 3 sends the sheet gauge detected value at each point in the sheet gauge direction to an operator 18 together with the coordinates. A middle sheet gauge signal 13 from a stationary type sheet gauge detector 2 is sent to a waste time generating device 13, and the signal is further sent into the operator 18 by delaying the sheet transfer delay time between the two detectors 2, 3. The operator 18 calculates the exit side profile detection signal after correcting the delay. This value is compared with the exit side sheet profile target value to find the deviation, from which a roll bender pressure correction amount is calculated, and is added to the signal before correction to be sent to a roll bender 11. The deviation of this signal from the roll bender pressure detection signal 20 is determined in the roll bender 11, and the obtained signal 21 is sent to a set precision operator 22. An operator 27 sends the sheet transfer delay time signal 28 to a waste time generating device 26, so that the start of command by a scanning start/stop command device 30 may be delayed.</p>
