<p>PURPOSE:To cut down the manufacturing processes greatly and make finish processing unnecessary, by processing the sheet material by drawig press, when producing the rotor part of clutch rotor. CONSTITUTION:A concentric double tube 6a having approximate U-section and a frictional surface 6b are integrally formed from a sheet material by drawing press processing, and the outer circumferential surface of the outer tube 6c of the concentric double tube 6a is ironed by press. Thus, the material in shaded part 25 is decreased, and the material in shaded part 26 is increased, so that a stepped part 6e is formed. The end part of inner tube 6d of the concentric double tube 6a is cut, and a protruding part 13a is formed. This protruding part 13a is pressed to form a stopper part 13 of L-section. In the four processes above, a rotor part 6 constituting a magnetic circuit in approximately U-section having stepped part 6e and stopper part 13 is produced from sheet material.</p> |
