<p>A catalytic process for preparing ethylene polymers having a density of ≧9.94 to ≦0.97 and a melt flow ratio of about ≧22 to ≦32 in a low pressure gas phase process at a productivity of ≧50,000 pounds of polymer per pound of Ti with a cytalyst formed from selected organoaluminum compounds, as activator and a precursor composition of the formula
