PURPOSE:To eliminate thermal energy supply required for combustion by a process wherein air heated by heat exchanger in cooling chamber and externally supplied fuel are injected into calcination chamber, and powder material, while being fluidized, is fired. CONSTITUTION:Raw material is charged in the first chamber of the fluidized calcination chamber and exchanges heat in the fluidized cooling chambers 5-8. The material is fluidized by high temperature air injected from the jet hole 19 and burnt fuel from fuel blow pipe 21. The material, thus, exchanges heat, accelerates the reaction and passes in sequence the second 2 and third 3 chambers to complete calcination. The completed particle material flows over the partition wall 12 and enters the rapid cooling chamber 4, where the material, while being fluidized by cooled air injected from the jet hole 63, rapidly cools and sent to the communicating chamber 9. |
